My first business failed because I burned myself out. We’re talking the “didn’t want to get out of bed, crying at the thought of opening my laptop, and anxiety at the sound of Slack notifications” kind of burn out.

I tried to fix my problems by hiring virtual assistants–but I didn’t have the structures and systems in place to have them take on what I really needed.

I had to start turning away handfuls of leads at a time because I had no capacity to serve them.

I knew that something had to change to preserve my mental health. So I shut the business down and took a full-time job as the Director of Operations for a 7-figure coaching company where I learned all about systems and automations.

It wasn’t until a few years later, as I was standing on the beach in Hawaii, sand and saltwater between my toes, that I knew I could use what I learned to create the business I really wanted while still prioritizing growth and a life filled with space to do what I loved.

Now, my team and I help scaling agency owners and service providers create systems and processes that give them the peace of mind that when they close their laptop, their business is still running strong.
